Our Curation Promise<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Every item we sell is personally curated and reviewed<\/strong> before being offered in our shop. We order samples, inspect quality, and document known characteristics so customers know exactly what to expect.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Because our items are imported collectibles<\/strong>, our return policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and realistic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Final Sale Policy<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Due to the nature of imported collectibles, all sales are final<\/strong> once an order has shipped.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We do not<\/strong> accept returns or exchanges for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Change of mind<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Size or scale expectations<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Minor cosmetic variations<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Paint differences or small imperfections<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Shipping delays within the stated delivery window<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    These characteristics are common with collectible figures and are disclosed on product pages whenever applicable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Damaged or Defective Items<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    If your item arrives damaged or defective<\/strong>, we will make it right.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    You are eligible for a replacement or refund if:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    • The item arrives broken or severely damaged<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • The item is missing major components<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • The item is clearly defective beyond normal collectible variation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        • Your order number<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Clear photos of the item<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Photos of the packaging (outer box and internal packaging)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

          Once verified, we will offer one of the following at our discretion<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          • A replacement item (subject to availability)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • A partial refund<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • A full refund<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

            Packaging Wear Disclaimer<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

            Minor wear to outer packaging (creases, dents, corner compression) does not qualify as damage<\/strong>, as this can occur during international transit and does not affect the collectible itself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            If packaging condition is critical to you, please review the product listing carefully or contact us before ordering.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            Shipping Issues & Lost Packages<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

            • All orders include tracked shipping<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • If tracking shows delivery but the package cannot be located, the customer must first contact the local carrier<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

              If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              Customs, Duties & Import Fees<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

              Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country or region.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
